PROBLEMATIKA TRANSAKSI JUAL BELI JAMBU AIR

Abstrak

This study explores the trading practices of water guava in Dharma Village, Camplong, Sampang, which still face several challenges. Using a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation, the findings indicate that farmers have weak bargaining power since prices are largely determined by middlemen, market access is limited, and independent marketing systems are absent. As a result, profits are not distributed fairly, with farmers receiving only a small portion of the actual market value. From an Islamic perspective, this situation relates to principles of justice and mutual consent in transactions. As practical solutions, the study recommends establishing farmer cooperatives to strengthen farmers’ bargaining positions, applying more transparent sales contracts, and utilizing social media to broaden market access and improve farmers’ welfare.
