Assessment in education plays a crucial role in evaluating students' academic achievements. However, conventional assessment systems still face various challenges, such as subjectivity in grading, limitations in data analysis, and the lack of real-time feedback. In the digital era, Artificial Intelligence (AI) offers an innovative solution to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of learning evaluation. This study aims to analyze the potential development of AI-based assessment models to improve assessment quality in education. The research method used is Library Research, by reviewing various scientific literatures related to AI implementation in educational assessment. The findings indicate that AI can reduce grading bias, enhance evaluation efficiency, and provide more personalized and adaptive feedback. Additionally, AI-based assessment enables in-depth academic data analysis and supports more objective decision-making. The implications of this study emphasize that integrating technology into educational assessment can be an innovative solution to create a more accurate, efficient, and responsive evaluation system for students in the digital age.
