MENINGKATKAN PROFESIONALISME GURU DENGAN MODEL, PENDEKATAN DAN TEKNIK SUPERVISI PENDIDIKAN DI ERA SOCIETY 5.0

Abstrak

This study examines the models, approaches and implementation techniques of educational supervision in schools. Supervision is an integral part of efforts to improve learning achievement and teacher quality. Supervision is an effort to provide services to education, especially teachers. Educational supervision is also a process of controlling and evaluating activities to ensure that all educational activities are carried out according to plan, as well as activities to improve and correct if there are deviations that will interfere with the process of achieving goals. This research uses the literature study method. The findings reveal several models in educational supervision, namely 1) conventional (traditional) model, 2) scientific model, 3) clinical model, and 4) artistic model. The approaches that supervisors can apply in conducting supervision are 1) directive approach, 2) non-directive approach, 3) collaborative approach. Meanwhile, there are two techniques that can be used, namely individual techniques and group techniques. To improve the effectiveness and efficiency of educational supervision, supervisors can utilize e-supervision by using EMIS, CCTV, fingerprints, and digital platforms (Skype, WhatsApp group, Zoom, etc, Google Form).
