Prosedur Pengembangan Evaluasi Pembelajaran

Abstrak

This study aims to describe the procedures for developing learning evaluation in accordance with the latest government regulations, particularly the Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology No. 12 of 2024 and the Learning and Assessment Guidelines (Revised 2025). The main focus of this study is the integration of formative assessment in the learning process and summative assessment oriented toward competency achievement (Academic Ability Test/TKA/National Assessment).The method used in this study is library research with a descriptive analysis approach. The results show that the evaluation development procedures include: (1) analyzing Learning Outcomes (CP) and Learning Objectives (TP), (2) constructing a test blueprint, (3) developing formative assessment instruments (such as observation and reflection) and summative assessments, (4) implementation and data processing, and (5) reporting the results.In conclusion, the development of evaluation must be flexible, student-centered, and capable of measuring competencies holistically.
