MANAJEMEN KEUANGAN YANG EFEKTIF DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN SEKOLAH/MADRASAH

Abstrak

Quality in education is the difference between success and failure. Quality education will be realized if in every process that exists in schools/madrasas in all fields also always maintains a culture of quality, including in the financial sector. Management/financial management is important and needs excellent attention from school/madrasah leaders. Effective financial management will have a good impact on the success of programs carried out by schools/madrasahs and can support quality learning activities. Educational financial management/management is based on the principles of transparency, accountability, effectiveness, and efficiency. There are 3 main groups in education financial management, namely: budgeting, accounting and auditing. Education funds apart from the government, local government and the community, schools must be able to provide funds independently to meet their needs through various activities that can increase the input of funds for schools/madrasas. Financial management is considered effective if it refers to the School Revenue and Expenditure Budget Plan (RAPBS). Finance in education must be managed effectively so that it can support the smooth running of all school/madrasah programs in an effort to improve the quality of education.
